Multigrain sourdough open crumb $13
A balanced blend of whole wheat, rye, spelt, and bread flour, creating a mildly nutty flavor with a light , airy texture. Perfect for those who love the goodness of multi-grain without the density. Great for making healthier sandwiches.

Hearty Multigrain Sourdough $12
A robust blend of whole wheat, rye, spelt, and bread flour, naturally fermented for a deep, complex, flavor. A rustic crust with a denser, fiber rich crumb. This bread is ideal for a wholesome meals. This bread is heavier and more filling. It's great sliced, toasted and buttered up.

Croissant-Style Sourdough $13
The perfect fusion of sourdough tang and buttery, flakey layers. Naturally leavened for depth of flavor. This light and airy pastry is ideal for an indulgent breakfast or a light snack. It contains a bit of sugar and vegan butter. Goes great with addition of almonds or blueberries.

This traditional Jewish sweet bread is known for its rich, slightly sweet flavor and wonderfully airy texture.

Whole Spelt Sourdough bread $20
100% spelt: made from whole spelt starter and whole spelt flour. The interior (crumb), is dense yet tender. Unlike the open, airy crumb of some white sourdoughs, spelt sourdough has a tighter, more compact structure. It is still well-aerated with small, even holes. This density gives it a satisfying weight and a hearty chew. Considered easier for digastion.

Maple and Pecans $15
Infused with maple syrup from the very first step, this sourdough carries an incredible aroma that fills the kitchen. The addition of toasted pecans perfectly rounds out the flavor profile of this exceptional loaf. This bread is not a sweet bread, but a sophisticated savory loaf designed to lift the mood of any party. It requires no additional toppings.

Breads come in two shapes: rectangular, which is better suited for slices and sandwiches, and oval, which has a more rustic, handmade look. Just pick the one you prefer when you order.​

​
These are no-wheat high protein breads. Please be aware these loafs are not for high sensitive people as I don't bake in a different kitchen. Those are for people who want to reduce their gluten intake.

Crafted from quinoa and lentils and studded with seeds, this bread provides a nutritious boost with its elevated protein content and contains no additional wheat flour. ​​

Full lentils bread, that includes psylliun (fiber). This bread has elevated protein content as well as bread like texture. It contains no additional wheat flour. ​​

Bread made from different gluten free flours like millet, buckwheat, rice. It includes psyllium (fiber). It is based on yeast, but looks and feels like soughrdough bread.​​

How to keep your bread fresh for longer

As I don't use any preservative and although in most cases there is nothing left when you start biting into a freshly baked bread, you may want to leave some for later...
My breads are great for freezing , either as whole loaf / partial loaf or slices.
If sliced, you can just pop it into toaster, otherwise, unfreeze and re-heat by placing in the over at 360F/180C for a few minutes.

​Please note that I use nuts in my baking, and vegan butter does contain nuts (sometimes). All breads are vegan by default unless specified otherwise, but please be aware that certain breads do contain non-vegan ingredients (if cheese is requested or butter), and my kitchen is not 100% vegan. Additionally, all breads contain gluten. If you have any allergies, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs; however, I cannot guarantee that the breads will be completely free of allergens.
For protein breads, please be aware that my loafs may contains a bit of gluten as I work in one kitchen.
